Rest 60 seconds
3 minutes max Burpee Box Step Overs with DB’s (50/35)
Rest 60 seconds
3 minutes max Thrusters (115/75)

3. Mobility: Seated Straddle Pose
Half Frog Pose, Child’s Pose
