CrossFit Workout of the Day

1. Build to today’s heavy complex of:
Hang Clean + Clean at 2″ off floor

2. 4 Rounds For Time:
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
15 Thursters (45/35)

3. Mobility: Dragon Pose,
Half Front Splits, Child’s Pose

*18.3 may be done in any class today, as long as each athlete has a judge and a coach is present.

**Friday Night Lights will start at 5:30pm!**
