1. Every 90 seconds, for 18 mintues:
Sets 1-4: Hang Snatch x 1 @ 50-65% of 1RM Snatch
Sets 5-8: Hang Snatch x 1 @ 65-80%
Sets 9-12: Hang Snatch x 1 @ 80%+

2. For Time:
1000m Row
then, 3 Rounds of:
12 Deadlifts (Body Weight)
21 Abmat Sit-ups
then, 1000m Row

3. Mobility: Dragon Pose, Lizard Pose,
Pigeon Pose
