Free Intro Classes
Our Free intro classes are held each week on Saturday mornings at 9am – 10am. We also host free intro classes on demand if Saturdays do not work with your schedule. To join simply fill out the form below and one of our coaches will get in contact with you. If Saturday doesn’t work for you, please still fill out the form below to schedule a time to meet with one of our coaches that is more convenient.
Schedule a Free Intro Class
As with any sport there is a learning curve. Before you join one of our scheduled classes you must attend three “On Ramp” classes to learn the basics of CrossFit. These classes help educate you on the basic movements of CrossFit and acclimate you to the style and pace of Mad Apple training. These classes are small and intimate so that your coach and you can ensure that you are comfortable enough to join our larger scheduled classes!
