2. 12 minute AMRAP:
3 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
3 Thrusters (95/65)
6 Burpee Box Jumps Overs
6 Thrusters
9 Burpee Box Jump Overs
9 Thrusters
Continue to add 3 reps each round

3. Mobility: Eagle Arms with Saddle Pose,
Half Frog Pose, Child’s Pose
