Front Squat x 5 reps @ 31X1
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets

2. Every 2 minutes, for 12 minutes:
6 Bar Facing Burpees
9 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
12 Box Jumps (24/20)

3. Mobility: Standing Straddle,
Lizard Pose, Half Front Splits Pose
