CrossFit Workout of the Day

1. Every 3 minutes, for 18 minutes:
Back Squat
Set 1: 4 reps @ 70%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 80%
Set 3: 2 reps @ 90%
Set 4: 1 rep @ 95%
Set 5: 2 reps @ 90%
Set 6: 2 reps @ 90%

2. 3 Rounds For Time:
30 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
15 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

3. Mobility: Hamstring and Glute smash, Lizard Pose,
Seated Forward Fold
