2. 4 minute AMRAP:
5 Strict Pull-ups
10 Toes-to-Bar
20 Push-ups
30 Air Squats
Rest 2 minutes
*Complete 3 total rounds

3. Mobility: Standing Straddle Pose,
Lizard Pose, Child’s Pose
