1. Every 90 seconds, for 9 minutes:
Clean x 1.1.1
*Rest 5-7 seconds between singles

2. Every minute, for 18 minutes:
Minute 1: 1-3 Ring Muscle-ups (4-6 Transitions)
Minute 2: 6-8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
Minute 3: 30 Double-Unders (45 seconds max)

3. Mobility: Seated Forward Fold,
Half Frog Pose, Butterfly Pose
