DB Front Racked Alt. Lunges x 8-10 steps
Rest 60 seconds

2. 10 minute AMRAP:
12/8 Calorie AB (or 200m Run)
Pull-up Complex: 2 Strict + 4 Chest-to-Bar + 6 Kipping

3. Mobility: Eagle Arms with Saddle Legs,
Pigeon Pose, Lizard Pose
