1. Every 90 seconds, for 18 mintues:
Sets 1-4: Hang Clean x 1 @ 50-65% of 1RM Clean
Sets 5-8: Hang Clean x 1 @ 65-80%
Sets 9-12: Hang Clean x 1 @ 80%+

2. 10 minute AMRAP:
30 Wall Balls (20/14)
30 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)

3. Mobility: Seated Forward Fold,
Half Frog Pose, Butterfly Pose
