CrossFit Workout of the Day

1. Every 3 minutes, for 15 minutes:
Back Squat x 4 reps
*Sets 1-4: 4 reps @ 70-85%
Set 5: Max reps @ 80-85%

2. 10 minute AMRAP:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
20 Wall Balls (20/14)

3. Mobility: Dragon Pose, Lizard Pose,
Pigeon Pose
