1. EMOM for 10 minutes:

Even: Power Snatch x 3 reps (Touch N’ Go)
Odd: Hollow Hold x 30-45 sec

*Work on smooth barbell cycling.

2. 9 minute AMRAP:

15 KB Swings (53/35)
15 Box Jump Overs (24/20)
15 Push-ups

3. Mobility:Twisted Cross Pose, Lizard Pose, Seated Straddle Pose
