CrossFit Workout of the Day

1. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes:
2-Position Snatch (2″ below the knee + floor)

2. “Chelsea”
Every minute, for 30 minutes:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Air Squats
*Continue until you can no longer complete the work in
the minute. Stop at 30 minutes. Scale to allow athletes
to complete at least 10 rounds

3. Mobility: Pec smash, Lat rollout, Triceps smash,
Quad rollout
