1. Deadlift
Sets 1-2: 3 reps @ 70%-75%
Sets 3-4: 2 reps @ 80%-85%
Sets 5-9: 1 rep @ 90%

2. 15 minute AMRAP:
In teams of 3, rotate through
15/10 Calorie AB or Row or Run 200m
20 Walking Lunges with KBs (53/35)

*As soon as one partner is off the bike,
the next partner gets on

3. Mobility: Seated Forward Fold,
Lizard Pose, Pigeon Pose
