1. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes:
Station 1: Handstand Walk x 60 seconds
Station 2: Wt. Pull-up x 3-5 reps

2. Every 5 minutes, for 15 minutes:
Run 400m
30 Single-Arm KB OH Lunge (15 left, 15 right, 53/35)
*Score = slowest set time

3. Mobility: Pigeon Pose,
Half Front Spits Pose, Child’s Pose
