Are you tired of doing the same old thing or feel like you just need to get started? Do barbells make you nervous? Mad Apple Boot Camp is for you! This class begins with a dynamic warm up and then focuses on movement from head to toe with plenty of core stability and unilateral movement to correct inefficiency. We will improve your weaknesses through multiple training techniques and constantly challenge you so you never get bored. Boot Camp incorporates bodyweight movements with kettle bells, medicine balls, dumbbells, and circuit training. You’ll improve movement and mobility in one month and in two months your friends will want to know what you’re doing. Bring them along and have more fun in this non-competitive group class.
