at the 20 minute mark begin…

25 dubs
6 burpees (add 1 burpee rep each round)
__ barbell thruster reps @ 70%-75% of 3rm

Score – 3rm thruster weight + reps @ 80% + rounds completed. For example…
100 lbs. + 7 reps + 4 rounds
