Station 1: Deadlift x 3-5 reps
Station 2: Unbroken Double-Unders x 40-50 reps

2. 3 Rounds For Time:
30 Abmat Sit-ups
20 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
30ft Handstand Walk (20 Thomas Touches)

3. Mobility: Eagle Arms in Saddle Legs, Low back and
Quad rollout
