1. “The Chief”
Max rounds in 3 minutes of:
3 Power cleans (135/95)
6 Push-ups
9 Squats

Rest 1 minute then repeat, for a total of 5 cycles.

2. 4 sets:
Hollow Hold x 60 seconds
Plank Hold x 60 seconds
Rest as needed

3. Mobility: Standing Straddle Pose,
Half Frog Pose, Child’s Pose
