1. Overhead Squat
Set 1: 5 reps @ 60%
Set 2: 3 reps @ 70%
Set 3: 2 reps @ 80%
Set 4: 2 reps @ 90%
Set 5: Max reps @ 80%

2. For Max Reps:
3 minutes Max Burpees
3 minutes Max Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
3 minute Max Pull-ups

3. Mobility:Butterfly Pose, Extended Leg Supine Twist,Seated Forward Fold
