1. Every 5 minutes, for 30 minutes:
10 Strict Pull-ups
15 Toes-to-Bar
20 KB Swings (53/35)
30 Wall Ball Shots (20/14 to 10′)

2. Mobility: Archer Arms with Saddle Legs,
Frog Pose, Child’s Pose
