CrossFit Workout of the Day

1. Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes:
Hang Snatch x 2 reps
Immediately followed by…
Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes:
2 Snatch Lift-Offs + Snatch
*Goal is to build from 65% to 85%

2. 12 minute AMRAP:
10 Hang Power Snatch (95/65)
10 Handstand Push-ups

3. Mobility: Thread the Needle Pose, Lizard Pose,
Child’s Pose
