50 Double-Unders
40 KB Swings (53/35)
30 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
20 Overhead Squats (95/65)
10 Strict Pull-ups

*Partner 1 completes 50 DU’s, Partner
2 completes 40 KB Swings, then Partner
1 completes 30 DB Snatches, etc..

2. Mobility: Delt Smash, Forearm Smash,
Glute Rollout
