Dual KB Turkish Sit-up x 10 reps
Rest 60 seconds
DB Bench Press x 6-8 reps
Rest 60 seconds
DB Row x 6-8 reps (each arm)
Rest 60-90 seconds

2. 12 minute AMRAP:
3 Ring Muscle-ups
6 DB Hang Power Cleans (50/35)
12 Alt. Front Racked DB Reverse Lunges

3. Mobility: Glute Rollout, Hamstring Rollout,
Quad Rollout, Child’s Pose
