Pause Snatch x 1 rep
*3 second pause at 2″ off floor and low hang
then, 4 sets of:
Snatch x 1 rep (no pauses)

2. 14 minute AMRAP:
100 Double-Unders
10 Hang Power Snatch (115/75)
30 Pull-ups

3. Mobility: Archer Arms with Saddle Legs,
Couch Stretch, Rollout Lats
