Hang Power Clean + Front Squat + Split Jerk

2. For Time:
20 Pull-ups
20 Hang Power Cleans (155/105)
20 Handstand Push-ups
20 Front Squats
20 Toes-to-Bar
20 Shoulder-to-Overhead
*20 minute Time Cap

3. Mobility: Lacrosse ball chest smash, Barbell grip
smash, Hamstring and Lat rollout
