Loads per set: 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% x 2, 80% x 2, 85% x 2, 90%

2. For Time:
100 Double-Unders
30 Clean and Jerks (135/95)
Run 800m

3. Mobility: Seated Forward Fold,
Half Frog Pose, Seated Straddle Pose
