2. 10 minute AMRAP:

3 Power Clean and Jerks (135/95)
6 Bar-Facing Burpees
6 Power Clean and Jerks (135/95)
9 Bar-Facing Burpees
9 Power Clean and Jerks (135/95)
Continue to add 3 reps each round…

3. Mobility: Archer Arms with Saddle Legs,
Frog Pose, Child’s Pose
