1. Every 90 seconds, for 12 minutes:
Station 1: Deadlift x 3-5 reps @ 30X1
Station 2: Tall Box Jump* x 10 reps
*Jump up, step down

2. 12 minute AMRAP:
3 Burpee-Over-Bar
3 Deadlifts (225/155)
10 Double-Unders
6 Burpee-Over-Bar
6 Deadlifts (225/155)
20 Double-Unders
9 Burpee-Over-Bar
9 Deadlifts (225/155)
30 Double-Unders
*Continue to add 3 reps to deadlifts/burpees and 10 reps to DU’s
each round. Score = total reps

3. Mobility: Lizard Pose, Half Front Splits Pose,
Seated Forward Fold
