*Focus on tempo

2. In Teams of 3, Waterfall Style…
15 minute AMRAP:
Run 400m (together)
then, 3 Rounds of:
8 DB Box Step Overs (50/35, 24/20)
12 Alt. DB Snatch (50/35)
8 Shoulder-to-Overhead (135/95)
10 DB Deadlift Burpee (50/35s)

3. Mobility: Eagle Arms with Saddle Legs,
Rollout Lowerback and Lats
